Sinopsis

Serie de TV de 558 episodios (1952-1970; 1974-1975). Esta serie arrancó como un programa radiofónico escrito por la guionista Ruth Woodman y duró desde 1930 hasta 1945. A partir de 1952 empezó a emitirse por la TV. Cada episodio contaba una historia completa. Los relatos se basaban en las leyendas californianas del Valle de la Muerte, que tenían como protagonistas a los mineros buscadores de oro. Se alternaba la comedia con el drama, pero buscando siempre el lado más humano de los personajes.
