Sinopsis

American Idol es un programa de telerrealidad de concursantes cantantes creado por Simon Fuller y producido por FremantleMedia y 19 Entertainment. Comenzó a transmitirse de la mano de Fox desde el 11 de junio de 2002 y hasta diciembre de 2016 en un ciclo de 14 años, bajo la conducción deRyan Seacrest. Pero, tras una temporada de ausencia, la cadena ABC se atribuyó el regreso de Idol de cara a 2018 con el mismo presentador y nuevos jueces.
