Douglas Fowley (El Bronx, Nueva York; 30 de mayo de 1911 – Woodland Hills, California; 21 de mayo de 1998) fue un actor cinematográfico y televisivo de nacionalidad estadounidense, que participó en más de 240 películas, así como en docenas de programas televisivos. Es quizás más recordado como el frustrado director Roscoe Dexter en Cantando bajo la lluvia (1952), y por su papel regular de Doc Holliday en la serie The Life and Legend of Wyatt Earp. Es el padre del músico y productor de rock and roll Kim Fowley.
